What is the minimum delivery amount? 


100 Gallons. If the delivery is less than our minimum amount there will be a delivery charge. Please make sure you will take the 100 gallons before calling.

I want to turn down my thermostat during the day. What is the best temperature to set it?


We do not recommend turning down your thermostat more than a few degrees. Doing more than a few degrees can cause strain on your heating system as it runs to get up to the new temperature. You will also use the fuel you wanted to save due to the system running so long to get up to the new temperature

The Price keeps fluctuating. Should I order fuel or wait?

This is ultimately up to you. We can inform you to the best of our knowledge as to current market conditions. 

Do you have locked in rates?


No we do not have locked in rates. We do offer budget plans with monthly rates should you desire to have a steady payment. 

I want to call for my deliveries. When is a good time?


We recommend calling our office when your tank gauge is reading between 3/8 and 1/4. This allows for plenty of time should inclimate weather occur or we experience unexpected high demand.

​Do you offer any insurance programs?


We offer insurance for your burner / boiler. It is valid for one year upon qualification. The policy includes one annual tuneup and most electrical parts. For more information please contact our office and we can send you a detailed contract and a price quote. 

I ran out of oil. What shouid I do?


Call our office at 781-665-5455. If it is during normal business hours, we will dispatch an oil truck immediately.  If it is after normal business hours, our 24 hour answering service will dispatch a technician to get your heat on and get you through the night.

What should I do, if I loose my heat?


Check your oil tank to ensure you have fuel. Also check your thermostat to make sure the temperature is set higher than the room temperature. Keep in mind some thermostats need batteries.  If yours does, be sure to check to see if they need to be replaced. 


Once you have ensured you have fuel and your thermostat is operating normally, give our 24 hour number a call at 781-665-5455.  A service technician will be dispatched ASAP. 

Is the price different depending on the amount of fuel I order or where I live?


No. The price of fuel is the same no matter how much fuel you order or where you live.
